So commissions are always open, and here are the deets:
Portraits are one of my favorite things to do! The base price is $40 (through PayPal), for one fully colored portrait of one character. They'll be similar to these pieces:

Pricing is per character. For 3 or fewer characters, it is $40/character. 5-7 characters costs $35/character, and 8-10 (max) costs $30/character. Background is an additional $30. Examples:
If the setting you would like is going to be complex, there would be a $30 charge for the same reason.
Ground rules:
1) PG-13, please.
3) If you request an original character portrait, the more detailed the description (especially facial features), the easier my job is. Likewise, any visual reference you can provide is greatly appreciated. 
4) I suck at tattoo art. If that's what you'd like, it's better form to ask your tattoo artist, anyway. :3
5) Please do not post the final piece on your own dA profile! Anywhere else is fine, as long as you link to the piece back to my artist profile.
6) Please do not remove my watermark.
7) I reserve the right to modify the price of a piece to more accurately match the amount of time I will be spending on it (this means it can cost more or less, depending on the complexity of the piece you are asking for). This allows me to prioritize quality and spend more time on the piece, and it allows me to lower the price if I think you'll be paying too much for a faster piece.
8) Nonhuman characters are perfectly fine!
Once we agree on the commission's details and price, I do ask that you send full payment before I begin working on what will be the finished piece. Once it's finished, I'll send you the piece in full resolution.
I reserve my copyrights. Commissioned pieces are not to be used commercially, unless otherwise stated.
I keep a spreadsheet of whose commissions I'm working on at any given time, so please feel free to ask for a status update! Once payment has gone through, I like to send clients updates as the piece makes progress to completion. You'll always get a sketch upon agreeing to the terms I send you.
I ask for payment up front after the sketch is sent so I don't end up with a finished piece that I can't post in case someone doesn't pay their bill.
